Restorative Dentistry
There are many reasons necessitating the need to restore the integrity of the tooth. This includes dental caries (a ‘cavity’), trauma and for aesthetic reasons. In all cases, when a filling is needed, ‘white fillings’ (composite or glass ionomer restorative materials), are used. For missing teeth, function and aesthetics can be restored by fixed implants and or bridges. Dentures or partial dentures are removable options. More advanced work which includes laboratory fees can be expensive. All options, advantages, disadvantages and costs will be discussed and a quotation supplied.
